Lisa Glover is the vice president of Global Marketing,
Communications and Planning for Wolters Kluwer’s Governance, Risk &
Compliance division.
With oversight for all three functions, Lisa
ensures the division’s planning, corporate marketing, competitive intelligence,
and internal/external communications efforts support and reinforce the
organization’s strategic goals and vision.
In her role, Lisa serves as a
key liaison between the office of the CEO and the GRC executive team, fostering
collaboration across the division’s diverse portfolio of businesses and with WK
corporate functions. She’s responsible for developing and maintaining the
division’s operating rhythm and forums, and leading critical initiatives that
support the division’s priorities and objectives.
Before joining Wolters
Kluwer, Lisa enjoyed a 20-year consulting career with market-leading firms,
such as Bain & Company and Deloitte Consulting. Much of her consulting
experience focused on media and technology, and included a broad scope of
projects for strategy development, execution, change management and
organization and process optimization.
She holds a Master of Business
Administration degree from Columbia University and an undergraduate degree in
Finance from Georgetown University.
